for considering Little Learner’s Childcare Center, LLC/Academy of Innovations for your childcare and preschool needs. We understand how difficult it can be for working parents to balance work, life, and other responsibilities.

For this reason, we strive to offer a program that will enrich your child’s development while putting your mind at ease. We will do our best to assist your child in developing important values such as: good manners, caring, sharing, patience and responsibility, as well as communication and teamwork.

Founded in 2009 by a graduate of Penn State University, Little Learners Childcare Center, LLC was developed to cater to the needs of scholars between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years old. During 2016, Little Learners Childcare Center, LLC set out to create Academy of Innovations to develop a full preschool and Kindergarten readiness program.

During June 2019 Little Learner’s Childcare Center, LLC and Academy of Innovations decided to rebrand as one organization.

Academy of Innovations serves the University City community, Greater Philadelphia region. Academy of Innovations provides early childcare and educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development.

Our educators and dedicated volunteers ensure that your scholar is provided with the best early childhood education in a safe and friendly environment. Academy of Innovations continuously works to carry out the vision of children in Pennsylvania receiving high quality early childcare and education.

Our educators …

  • Educators completes continuing education annually.

  • Educators use PA Early Learning Standards to develop curriculum and learning activities.

  • Educators hold a meeting with families when a scholar enrolls.

  • Educators provide daily updates on scholars’ activities and hold at least two teacher conferences to share scholars progress each year.


  • Educators assess scholar’s development three times a year, the first is completed within 45 days of enrollment.


  • Program works with families and schools to make a smooth transition to kindergarten.

  • Programs receive an independent evaluation of classroom setup and learning activities using a standardized tool (Environment Rating Scale).


  • Calendars and Newsletters are sent home monthly to communicate the various activities and events that take place throughout the centers.
